Why go to a traditional jewelry store and pay ridiculous prices. I have used Greenbrier Pawn several times and they have great people and a great selection. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else!
Ashley provided great customer service. She provided us with the perfect set of bands for our vow renewal. The prices were excellent can’t be beat.
On my wedding anniversary my husband took me to Greenbeier Pawn to pick out a platinum anniversary band. All the ladies were so helpful with wonderful personalities. I like the place and people but my order was not ready when promised nor did they call to let me know my order wouldn't be ready today. In fact, they didn't even call today to let me know my order was ready as they stated yesterday. I clearly expressed the need to have my order ready before the weekend and I was told that I would be called today to pick it up. The store is clearly closed as it is 9pm. I had a great experience! I was looking for a pair of diamond earrings and the staff were able to locate a pair of loose diamonds the size and set I wanted. They set them in a matter of minutes and gift wrapped them as well. Thank you Kaylee and Nina!
