RecommendedI been here 3yrs now and I love it, but the only problem I had was when Phil was here it was too much drama and he had too much stuff stirred up. I'm so glad along with other tenants that he is no longer a part of the GREENBRIER ESTATES TEAM N FAMILY HERE. Michelle is a awesome property manager and does a awesome job. Thanks to her I have a beautiful and quiet place I can call home, and not to forget the maintenance guys they are great men and work very hard. Thanks everyone at GREENBRIER ESTATES.
One of the nicest looking properties for the income base I've ever seen my mother lives here and I'm very impressed with how the grounds and the properties look and how nice the maintenance men were
the place is lovely to live here they always keep that nice and tidy the landlord the maintenance and the renter name Fela are all very nice we also get to do activities like Bingo crafts and our community cookout which is all very fun we get to meet new people and socialize!!! I appreciate the friendliness and caring I enjoy crafts and bingo love meeting new faces I have the best neighbors in my building . I feel safe if any worries come about I assure you the office will take care of it. Michelle and Phil .Maintenance workers are sweet and work hard.
