Maintenance requests are not being carried out. Management is hard to get in contact with. Do not waste your time
I lived here for about three years (having moved in under the previous owners). The building is old and has not been well maintained over the years. It's drafty, musty, and grimy even in the remodeled units (I had a remodeled unit) The current owners do very basic maintenance and no more. They fix what absolutely needs to be fixed and no more.
