They don't let you see the apartment until you sign the lease. They try to force you to pay for professional carpet cleaning, which falls outside the realm of normal wear & tear. Property not maintained well. Neighbors have vicious dogs & do drugs. One washer/dryer for 12 units. Just an awful experience.
