I rented with this property management for the last four years. They are great people to rent from. Very respectful and easy to work with. Highly recommend.
Proceed with caution - our place was not cleaned or inspected, and they've delayed a toilet repair for over a month. Nobody has called us back at any point, they didn't know what mailbox was ours, and provided 1 mail key that works.
We rented a property managed by Greenbridge for 2.5 years and had a great experience with them. They were communicative, friendly, and very receptive to our concerns. Maintenance requests always got taken care of in a timely manner. Would recommend!
During my time at Greenbridge Properties the staff was amazing! Whenever a problem arises they fix the issue. Clean and Friendly neighborhood really good community to live in I enjoyed my time renting with them !
