Worst company ever. Never helped and always blamed the tenants. Never had an on site manager, cut of coin laundry for 4 month, allowed other commitments they managed dump trash and over charged us. Etc……. Theresa was rude, but Sarah at least tried to help. Stay far away from Greenbridge and Affinity Property Management Companies
Hi, I am trying to get hold of the property manager Jessica in regard to collecting a clients ledger for payment. Both the client and myself tried calling her several times. We leave voice mails but she never returns our call. This is very urgent. Can someone call me back
Both Melenaite and Sheena were incredibly responsive, kind, compassionate, and intuitive. I had such a pleasant experience with the Greenbridge team from start to finish - from signing the lease to vacating the property. Melenaite and Sheena were the quickest and most responsive property managers at a leasing company EVER, and I've lived in quite a few apartments in my lifetime. No notes!! Thank you to you and your team for making my first year in Portland so special.
Most property managers I’ve dealt with don’t respond to problems or take them seriously. Greenbridge was attentive and helpful throughout my tenancy and I would defitinely rent from them again. Thank you Leana!
