I had an extremely disappointing experience with Greenbridge Properties. Throughout my tenancy, they consistently ignored serious concerns, including repeated noise disturbances and ongoing verbal harassment from a neighbor. Despite submitting multiple complaints, management failed to take meaningful action or provide any protection or support, allowing the situation to escalate over many months. If they had 10 star i would give it to Kristina amazing lady who gave me all the time to answer my questions and all details and information I needed. Though I had already been approved some where I would highly recommend Greenbridge properties to any one looking for a safe home to stay. And not to mention the entire team was hands on getting back to me in a timely manner which I did appreciate a huge thanks to Sianna Johnson.
Proceed with caution - our place was not cleaned or inspected, and they've delayed a toilet repair for over a month. Nobody has called us back at any point, they didn't know what mailbox was ours, and provided 1 mail key that works. Update: there was no follow-up about the mailbox whatsoever, contrary to the response to this review. Also, it's not possible to properly inspect a house that does not have running water or electricity during its vacancy.
I rented with this property management for the last four years. They are great people to rent from. Very respectful and easy to work with. Highly recommend.
