I have lived here just over 6 months (will update upon move-out) and it has been a pretty good apartment experience. These apartments, in my opinion, are nicer than most in their price range. Property manager Wanda has been very personable. This building is quite old so there are little cracks in everything (bathrooms tiles, walls, etc.) which occasionally allows for unwanted guests to sneak in (But never any roaches, bed bugs, or mice, all of which would be a dealbreaker for me.)
