I would NEVER recommend Greenbriar Estates as a place to live. EVER. They do not fix anything, they do the quickest and cheapest fix possible. Our super old Berber carpet has been pulling up from our vacuum and carpet shampooer for over a year now, and they said they would replace it when we resigned our lease in September. Well after us asking AGAIN for them to come replace it they came and looked at it and he said he would patch the rips. This is what we got.... RecommendedWe just recently moved in and we have absolutely no complaints so far. The neighborhood is so quiet and you can never hear your neighbors. The townhomes have so much room and storage! This place is perfect for us and we couldn’t be more happier with our decision to move here! Our cats even seem happier too being here 😀

It is a very clean and we'lll managed property. My husband and I enjoy living here.
I lived at Greenbriar Estates for over a year and LOVED it! The homes are well maintained and I loved the fact that I never heard our neighbors! The Community was well taken care of and any maintenance request I had were seen to that day or the next. I would and have recommended Greenbriar Estates to others looking!
We lived there for over a year and LOVED it! The office staff and maintenance were always responsive and professional to us. The homes were beautiful and quiet...we never heard our neighbors! The amount of storage in these homes is very impressive. We would and have recommended Greenbriar Estates to others we know who have been looking for their new home!

Hard working and detail oriented staff. I love my house and can never hear neighbors, and they say they never hear us or our barking dog either! Have made some new friends as well since living here.
I think Greenbriers estates suck management treat you as a number not a person please don't rent from these people you'll be sorry
