This office is closed they never connected with me to let me know. I had an appointment at 830am I took off work drove 40 minutes just to arrive there and find out the office is closed permanently. No emails, no texts, not sure how many times they called but they should have continue reaching out until they heard from me. Furthermore, if they changed my appointment to a different location, why didn’t the other location call me, text me or email me to confirm my appointment a day prior?

Dr Freeman is a great dentist always pleasant and listens well to your problems. Always does excellent work. Also his assistant and the ladies at the front desk always very pleasant and helpful.
