This place should be shut down! No longer $29 emergency visits I paid almost $100 to be seen . I needed a tooth extraction . The doctor was not able to numb my tooth and proceeded to still pull. When I told her I was in pain, she said, it's just pressure. ( no I was in pain). After she broke my tooth into pieces she said she couldn't do it. Dr is rude, Staff is not knowledgeable at all. They are horrible with following through with Patient care. I had to call a numerous amount of times to try to get them to send necessary info to insurance. (be mindful that when you call you either get a scheduler that has no clue about anything clinical or you get a voicemail) ... I have been seen my Dr. Hassani for the past two years and she is personable, funny and thorough. My dental assistant and hygienist Ahmed and Alex were patient, gentle and friendly. When I think of going to the dentist 🦷 The Little House of Horrors, the 1986 musical comes to mind. Specifically the sadistic Dentist Dr. Orin Scrivello, D.D.S. who is demented and takes pleasure in his job of torturing his patients. Dentist was very helpful explaining things to me.
Went for a tooth extraction. After 4 hours in chair the dentist gave up and referred me to oral surgeon. I will not return. And it cost $2000!
