I was using Greenberg dental by Wal-Mart @ 17-92 switched to 1st st sanford, fl. Dentist Michael Ward first visit, great experience in everyway. He was very honest, knowledgeable & caring. Her assistant Belinda was excellent. I will come back again & recommend that dental office. By the way, I'm very scared of dentists.

My first visit I had my teeth cleaned and x-rayed and was told that I needed two crowns, since they were on my dental plan I thought I could trust their diagnosis so I paid my out of pocket $ 700+ and now 5 months later am told that my insurance has denied coverage because the crowns were not needed, dentist could not provide the information to clear with my insurance so they sent me a bill for an additional $ 735. when I spoke with their office and also went in person to get copies of my file no one really seemed to care, i... read more
