The first time I went there I had to wait 65 mns before I was allowed to see a Dentist. After 2 weeks of waiting for a claim to go through I am not able to talk to their Staff. once the call went through they put me on hold until I gave up, I tried to call again and there was NO answer at all. certainly one of the worse customer service experiences I have ever had
HORRIBLE RECEPTIONIST!! I called to make the appointment and explained what I needed an appointment for. She acted as if I was getting on her nerves already and mumbled "Give me a few minutes, okay!" How unprofessional of a first response!! I work in the health field and I am appalled at how rudely I was treated. I waited on the phone for 5 minutes where I could hear her doing things that had nothing to do with what I asked, but wouldn't return to the phone. If they treat me like this on the phone.. The office is centrally located with lots of parking...that's where the positive review ends. I found this dentist through my insurance. The office is dingy. Chairs in the waiting room are stained. When met by the dental hygienist she did not tell me her name. She did not ask any history or if I was currently experiencing pain, problems, etc. (although I did fill out paperwork beforehand). Dr Eric Claussen DMD Had a upper molar needing extracted. Greenberg Dental & Orthodontic was gracious enough to see me due to NOT wanting to ever go back to Fortune Dental in Kissimmee! Dr Eric Claussen DMD performed the procedure. The extraction went okay. I was stabbed in the lower lip with a pair of scissors as he was preparing to place a stitch in my gums where the tooth was removed!!! My first visit here was HORRIBLE! I walked in and was not greeted by any one of the 3-4 women behind the counter. I felt like I was intruding on them. When someone finally acknowledged me, she was in a rush and kind of rude. I was finally called and taken to the examination room where a female with no facial expression or personality took x-rays of my teeth.
