Dr Eric Claussen DMD Had a upper molar needing extracted. Greenberg Dental & Orthodontic was gracious enough to see me due to NOT wanting to ever go back to Fortune Dental in Kissimmee! Dr Eric Claussen DMD performed the procedure. The extraction went okay. I was stabbed in the lower lip with a pair of scissors as he was preparing to place a stitch in my gums where the tooth was removed!!! This place has the worst customer service I’ve ever been to and not just as a dental office. I gave this place 3 more chances to change my mind and they messed up every single time. First time, was half an hour late when I had the earliest appointment. Second time, 45 minutes late because the hygienist was late, on top of that at the end of the session she said I’ll be coming back to her so she can monitor me I said great she said yeah but I have a baby and I live far this place is hard for me to come (with an attitude) What... read more
First of all, the front office staff are very rude! Then we waited two hours even with an appointment!
I wish I could give zero stars as a rating. This office has cost me pain and money. I went in for a filling and the dentist that did the work drilled too close to the nerve. I now need to spend $600 on a root canal and crown thanks to this office. I spoke to the dentist to discuss my pain and he suggested that I wait one to two weeks to see if the pain worsens. Horrible advice and lack of accountability. I will be getting my work done by another provider.

My daughter waited to weeks to see the pediatric dentist in poinciana. They called me two days before and confirmed the appointment, which was for the following Monday. I noticed around lunchtime that I had a voicemail from an unknown caller. The voicemail had no content. So I tried to call the number back in case maybe the dentist was trying to call me. just had my first visit the other day and despite the previous reviews, it was a very good experience, staff was very friendly, got x-rays done quickly and the Dentist was attentive and friendly. They explained what was needed (I need quite a bit of work done and I already knew this before visiting this office) and answered my questions and we set up a "game plan" on what to get done first and what could wait a bit.
