AVOID AT ANY COST – AVOID THEM AT ANY COST Greenberg Dental is an insurance scam, plain & simple... many members of their staff should not be practicing dentistry, are largely unqualified and devoid of ethics. They will gladly work you in to the schedule when you're seeking an immediate appointment. However, their 'work' will not fix whatever problem you have and even their 'cleanings' often *directly* cause their patients additional issues. Going to Greenberg, hope you have all day to wait. I just had a 2 hr stay in the offic and only 15 minutes was with the dentist. Spent over an hour in the lobby before going back to wait in the exam room for another 30 minutes. After all that, when I voiced my concern and frustration I was told that I probably just shouldn´t be a Greenberg patient. long wait, bad attitudes – Spent 2 hours in the office for a 15 minute exam with the dentist. When I expressed my concern and frustration to the office manager, she replied that I probably just shouldn´t be a Greenberg patient. So it appears that they have so many patients that losng one is ok and making all the other wait is just fine as well. This attitude is pervasive in all areas of the practice.

Plan on waiting! No respect for our time! My husband had an appt @ 4:00, he went to the restroom after waiting for 30mins.They called his name 2 times and took the next person whose appt was not until 5:00.They told him he could wait until she is done. Ridiculous! He was checked in with frontdesk, maybe they could have waited 2 mins, people do go to the restroom!so he had to rescedule and he wasted 2 hours of his day. Always plan on waiting an hour before you are seen.No repsect for peoples time at all. We will be going some... read more
