Can’t get in touch with them ever.called more than 20 times never answered the phone.wander how they can stay in business
The idea of customer service is a foreign concept to this office. Too many instances of poor or NO customer service to list here, but suffice it say, look somewhere else for dental care. If they cut corners on simply answering phones, they're cutting corners elsewhere!

Greenberg dental needs to get their act together and stop over booking appointments it is ridiculous to sit for 40 to 45 minutes Past your appointment time every single time! And they are packing them in like sardines in the waiting room at the Goldenrod office
The Conway location is less than average. I normally have not had an issue but the last 6 months at the Conway Lake location the staff is not about patient care and the need to have a new staff or provide better training. I have had multiple issues with this location in the past year. Today I had a permanent crown just fall out of my mouth and expose a nerve. Went to the office on Conway and Hoffner in Orlando. Purchased there dental plan for the family and was told it was almost 600 $ and they said they gave me a curtisy discount of 25 percent . But never gave me the discount from there insurance plan I purchased for the year. Afterwards reviewing the invoice I found they over charged me 117$ for my daughters filling . I was told my daughter had 2 cavities . Noone wants there kids to be in pain and of course we expect them to be honest so I had them proceed with the work needle... read more
