Both my 9 and 11 yeAr old have been going to greenburg dental. It's an excellent office to go to. Dr. Ward is very courteous and nice and the office staff has been helpful and courteous. I highly recommend this dentist to anyone. Dr.ward has done surgery on my youngest son and the surgery came out awesome. And the higentist are wonderful. And when I don't have an appointment they always accommodate me. Thumbs up.

they are very slow, when you make your appointment make sure you ask if you need to come 2 hours later than the actual appointment time because that's when you will actually be seen for your "appointment". completely absurd.

Worst service I've ever experienced in my entire life. I've been to 3 different locations. When I finally obtained insurance through my employer, Greenburg Dental seemed a good choice due to the number of offices….somehow that was an assurance when I had nothing else to go on. Now, all of my fellow employees mock me and refer to Greenburg Dental as the Wal-Mart of shopping plazas and the Carnival of cruise lines. 'Leave Your Worries At The Door' – Dr. Henley (C.J.) and his staff equal the best dentist visit ever! They provide the best oral health care while treating patients with the utmost dignity and respect. Each visit has been a painless, rewarding experience. AVOID AT ANY COST – AVOID THEM AT ANY COST Greenberg Dental is an insurance scam, plain & simple... many members of their staff should not be practicing dentistry, are largely unqualified and devoid of ethics. They will gladly work you in to the schedule when you're seeking an immediate appointment. However, their 'work' will not fix whatever problem you have and even their 'cleanings' often *directly* cause their patients additional issues. Bloomberg Dentists – I had to wait but the people at the front desk told me how long the wait would be and I went shopping for that time and when I returned they were ready for me. And I can tell you, when you are with the doctor and his staff they are only concerned about you at that time and are willing to discuss a plan with you and they are open to your opinion and options as you go. Horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! – Don't visit them for Orthodontist service. They have the worst customer service at the billing department ever! Too bad for them!!! I Visit the Winter Park office and Allyson which is the Billing Dept Rep has the worst attitude!!!!!!!!!!!!!
