I find all of your staff friendly and professional, I have not gone to another dental service that my insurance would cover because of this.
From the front desk all the way up to the top was excellent. The best experience in my entire life in a dental office.
Dr. Benson and her staff are amazing. They are very professional and calming. I was very nervous about getting my tooth pulled but both Dr. Benson and her assistant took the time to explain everything to me and help calm my nerves 😃. I would definitely recommend this dentist to anyone. From the time you walk in until the time you leave, the staff is great!!!
The good people at Benson Dental Care are pretty much perfect. I had been a bad patient (it'd been almost a decade since my last checkup), but no one gave me any guilt trips, and they were all very kind and careful with my poor tender gums. I'll definitely be going back- soon!- for my next cleaning.
No one ever expects to lose a crown, however mine came off while chewing a cookie,much to my dismay.Ifound a great dentist Zocdoc! close to my home and she accepted my insurance as well. the office staff was pleasant, dental hygienist was pleasant and concernedand most important the dentist Dr Benson was reassuring knowledgeable and gentle. she alleviated all of my fears and informed me of the plan to restore my dental health.This was all done on an emergency basis which made the whole experience such a remarkable one. The staff are very caring and provide helpful information about your teeth. Ms Benson is on top of her game when answering any questions. I have really made a great decision using Benson Dental for my family.
I have been coming to that location for at least 15 years. Since Dr. Benson took over the office I noticed an increased level of professionalism, better equipment, and a more personalized dental care plan tailored to my specific needs. Over the last 2 years she has greatly enhanced my overall oral health and for that I am truly thankful. She is truly an up and coming professional in the Lanham Area and always greets you with her beautiful, warm, white, smile. I am happy to have her as my personal dentist.
