The staff is very professional and friendly! Zero wait time and very appreciative that the office provides reminders via text. It's very helpful when a cleaning is scheduled 6 months away.
My Saturday visit was extraordinary. My first encounter with the desk clerk / greeter was pleasant and professional. The oral hygiene assistant, Simon , was professional, he introduced himself and he knew the reason for my visit, and he explained what he was doing step by step. He was very caring and asking me : was I okay ? before and after the procedure, and he went over the discharge instructions before I left the building.
