Tom is the plumber that cares! He has a reputation of going above and beyond!
I called 24 hours ago, still have not received a call back. Nickason has been here and fixed within 3 hours of calling. Very poor service.
Didn't use him as a plumber he was busy. So that's usually a good sign.
Charged my 92 year old mother-in-law $169 to fix toilet leak by replacing toilet seal. He never even checked after as the leak was between the tank and the bowl that I ended up fixing myself. In for a bathroom reno a while back by my customer. He cut away radiator pipes from main and second floor and left his garbage all over the place without cleaning up. He nicked the dining room wall with his electric saw due to carelessness. He never gave it a second though. I would not recommend him.
