I must have gotten at least a dozen estimates for my roofing and siding projects in 2021 before deciding to call just one more roofing company. I reached out to Greenawalt for a free estimate and I am certainly glad that I did! They were the most fair on the price and I didn't have to pay anything up front. In fact, I didn't pay anything until roughly 4 months after the roof was completed because squirrels that had previously been getting into my attic through a pulled out fascia board had found a new way in once the board had been replaced. They were getting in through a small opening behind my gutters and the mother squirrel had given birth to babies. I had to wait till the baby squirrels were old enough to leave the mother in order to trap them all one by one. Greenawalt reached out to me along the way for updates and I emailed them about my progress too. They were so patient and understanding about my unfortunate situation! When I finally gave them the all clear, they sent someone out to secure the hole. I haven't had any squirrel or roof issues in that area in a year now! I am so grateful to Greenawalt for taking care of my main roof and shed roof with all new shingles as well as my screened in porch rubber roof and the vinyl siding on the back of my house! I have recommended Greenawalt to a client and will continue to speak highly of them. Thanks again for your fantastic work!

Professional from the very beginning. Thanks to Cory, Randy, the coordinating office staff, and the crews for the job well done. The roof, soffit, fascia, gutters, and downspouts look excellent.
