It was an amazing experience. The pool great. Excellent room and enjoyable environment. I am happy with this service i strongly recommend it.
This is the second time I went here, the first time I actually had a room, but got questioned for being of a different color, sadly it was from woman that was darker skinned color than I, was told "no loitering" even though I had a room card, even two white couples walked by and told her I was a guest in the resort, my hands were full and I had my room card in my pocket, but by then a manager than checked me know came over to see who was causing the disturbance, and fired that woman on the spot. Total BS. My wife and I live in Henderson. After playing the Snack Attack game for a month, we went to the final drawing, only to find out we needed to "activate" our entries. It was 6:02pm, the cashier told us that we had to activate them by 6:00pm. Ok, 1. nobody ever told us that we had to activate the entries. And 2. WHY DO THE ENTRIES HAVE TO BE ACTIVATED?!?!? The entries should already be automatically activated when you play!!!
This is a beautiful luxurious Hotel i enjoy my stay here. The buffet was awesome i really enjoyed my stay here. The outside pool area was amazing. Everyone is polite and helpful, I would recommend this hotel. Thanks for the hospitality. I will come again...
The most beautiful casino in Vegas, best video poker pay tables, most beautiful rooms, pool and fitness center!! LOVE this place. Our "home away from home".
This was amazing place to be off strip.. I would suggest a non smoking area for people who don't smoke but want to play .. a few people at our event was turned off by the smoke but wanted to play games could not tolerate it. I think they should work with Starbucks to open at 5 am due to catering to people across the USA, it would be cheaper than getting and maintaining coffee pots in all rooms. My husband and I have spent a few days here with very good service. Nice place to stay and not mess with the hustle and bustle of down town Vegas, yet close enough to go there or the outlets if you want. I would go back and have referred friends.
