Horrible company! My birthday is next week and my fiancé thought it would be a nice idea to surprise me with tickets to a concert here. He was let go from his job the next day. We have been trying for three days (THREE DAYS) to get a refund. He spent over $100 on these tickets and $100 doesn't seem like a lot to some people, but to us without that extra $100 we have to decide to either pay bills or buy groceries. I love the Green Valley Ranch try to stay there when I can. They have one of the best buffets in the Vegas area. Rooms a very nicely appointed, and I always have a pleasant stay.
Good prices no expensive and very nice area
Love Staying & Playing Here!! ~ Pillows are always too fat & huge (puffy) can't sleep with them. so I bring my Own,, forgot mine this time, had to run to Marshalls to buy a little flatter pillow... I never did ask the front desk if they had diff pillows.. oh well. small sacrifice for such a great place to Gamble at!
This is a beautiful resort...had to wait over 30 mins for a steak, but other than that, I love it!
