I am a local and have been to a few hotel spas. This one is up there. Service amazing. Atmosphere amazing. Calm. Massage therapist Daniel AMAZING. Definitely booking again.
Love this property in Vegas. It's super. Your remodel looks great. I couldn't find a place to eat in the District/actually a place to park, so I checked in and ordered room service. It was abysmal to be kind. You can't charge $62 for room service and a filet when you forget the drink (iced tea) , the sauce for the filet (never arrived) and the vegetable looks like something you'd get from a hospital...c'mon, really? Disappointing:-(
In the Cacino... The bathroom could have been a lot cleaner! The toilets were overflowing....there was toilet paper and hand towels all ovet the dirty counter and floor and there wasn't an attendant to be found in or near the bathroom!
Very very nice...one thing though I can never win those slots machines...lol
Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, comfortable rooms/beds, located near tons of shops/restaurants outside the hotel and free valet !
I love this place, I highly recommend this hotel to friends & family that visit from out of town. My family loved the buffet & chilling poolside.
Only ate at the cafe, and it was so good and reasonable priced.
The grand cafe? Horrible. Service sat there 15 everyone walking around talking ignored us.. never did get waited on .. we asked for drinks st least .. they just stared at us.. took our business down the street
