While the casino itself looks nice, the food we received at the Cafe was horrible (I mean really, how do you mess up pancakes?) Casino staff and service have really gone downhill. So much for their "we love locals" slogan! With many other casinos in this town, I'll pick a different one next time.

I love that the Bingo hall has no smoking area! But if you like to smoke theres a spit for you!

I enjoyed my stay at Green Valley Ranch Resort. Jennifer Adam, Casino Host, was very helpful to me along with the Bell Staff, who drove me to and from the Smith Center. Also, the woman who checked me in was very helpful as she was able to find out if I could have someone drive me to the Smith Center. Jennifer followed up on the ride and also how I enjoyed the musical/pay. The room was very nice and not too far from the casino as I had a very hard time walking. My husband and I had dinner at Hanks Steakhouse Tuesday night. We had the Steak and Lobster For Two. There was so much food I didn't know how I was going to eat it all!! But, I did. Could not eat the dessert that came with it. The service was impeccable, atmosphere very very nice, the food was exceptional (steak was perfectly cooked medium rare and the Lobster Tail...HUGE). I will definitely be going back. As soon as my stomach recovers from all of that delicious food I could not stop eating!!
