We had booked 4 nights and had a wonderful time. Nice and quiet great for relax outside, wonderful for kids, and lots to do inside. Our last night we ate at Hank's and was AWESOME!!! Thanks for the suggestion and everything Jared (MOD) and Casey (concierge). Pool staff is great too. We will be back!!!

Wonderful! Only wish we'd had more time to spend at the resort while we were there. Other than a mix up with our room the first night everything was very comfortable. Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. If we ever get back to Vegas this is where we'll stay.

Checked in this afternoon for 2 days... We thought...however...we were informed it was only 1... Unfortunately their online reservation system does not give a written confirmation. So I had no proof we had booked 2 nights. Of course they were willing to give us an additional night for $350.!!!! The original rate was $136/nt. Hmmm...I knew we had a too good to be true rate. Then we got to our room on the 3rd floor... Horrible. View of machinery & a roof... Have stayed at many Vegas casinos for a lot less $$ with better views,... read more

I have loved going to GVR since it first opened. It is definately a locals casino and i love it. Even though I moved to Cali i still go back and stay every year. I have been trying to plan my wedding there this past month but honestly it takes 2-3 days to get a simple response from the events people and even though the coordinator was very nice the fact every time i email to ask a questions takes days for a response has made me want to chose another venue. I am bummed because I had my heart set on GVR.

Meet the nicest bartender Nichole had same birthday as her daughter 12/12 GVR LUCKY TO HAVE HER! Great kid! Made a friend for life.

Very Clean from the rooms to the actual casino. The food in the Cafe was amazing, and great service. The hotel didn't smell like smoke either which was great. I would definitely recommend GVR to anyone who is looking for a nice clean and friendly place to stay.
