Family Doctors is certainly a FAMILY! Alley is the BEST.
The wait time for blood draw is extensive, they only have one technician available. Also,the service can be more expedited it is along time waiting inside prior to seeing the Dr.
Update 12/19/25 I have been a patient at this practice for 5–6 years, and honestly, if it were not for Rachel Smith, I likely would have stopped coming long ago. The wait times have become completely unreasonable. During my most recent visit, I watched and listened as three patients who checked in after me—including one walk-in—were seen before me.
