They got to our house quick and fixed the problem fast! Nick was so nice and very knowledgeable. Thank you so much for getting out leak fixed and our water back on, in such a timely manner, at a time where we NEED to be washing hands most!

Would not use them again. Tim was extremely unprofessional in handling a customer complaint/inquiry. The work done by his plumber was fine but billing for not having parts and making a parts run was one thing but billing for two excursions to the hardware store is over the top. He could have handled the complaint by splitting the difference on the extra 2 hrs of billing but just kept making excuses. I'll just find another plumber next time. Was told yesterday morning Someone would be out here today between 1 and three. It is now 5:13 and still no plumber. I called at 3:15 and was told he was coming. I know things happen, but am extremely angry � that no one bothered to call to let me know the plumber would probably not be coming. Talk about rude!!
