I’ve completely lost my patience with this company. I’ve switched my insurance over for my family months ago and they have yet to give me accurate pricing and details. They first tell me that they’re looking into it. Then they tell me they’re system is being changed. Now they’re telling me someone will get back to me soon. That enough chances for me, my family could have had our services down by now at another facility.

First of all - I could not ask for a better dentist than Dr. Tan. Amazingly awesome! He noted that I developed an issue with my gum over the past 6 months and diagnosed the issue and put the treatment plan into action. This is the second time that I had Nichole as my hygenist. She is the best of the best! She made sure I didn't feel the shot and the deep cleaning work that was done. There was no pain or sensitivity the next day! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! These people are crooks! I was scheduled for my semi-annual, insurance-covered exam and a cleaning. Instead, I was baited-and-switched and NEVER received any actual "treatment." First, they LURED me in, promising to perform comprehensive x-rays, then a "dental exam," then a cleaning (as scheduled-\-\and covered by my insurance).
