Absolutely horrific. This facility should be shut down. Don’t be fooled by their misleading 4.1-star rating—read the 1-star reviews, because they are the only honest ones. If you care about your loved one, stay far away from this place. Our family member died because of this facility’s neglect. She developed multiple bacterial infections and went into septic shock because they didn’t even bother to flush her catheter. We love Green Valley! I have had my mother here for the last 7 months and she is doing so much better here than she was doing at home. We honestly did not know anything about the facility before she came here, we had to find a place quickly while she was in the hospital and this was one of the suggestions. But wow, we really lucked out because this place is fantastic! The staff is so kind and caring.
