I came in to tour the facility because a Social Worker from the hospital recommended Greenvalley. When I walked in the atmosphere seemed very friendly, staff was courteous. It didn't have the normal nursing home smell, it was very clean and very well kept up. It was the best facility I have seen in this area. Would definitely recommend this facility!

I was a little skeptical at first to place my mama here but I prayed about it and it seemed like the best option being that she’s only five minutes away from me and I am so happy that I did place her here because they have taken really good care of her since she’s been here and there’s three specific CNA‘s that I would like to give credit to because when they are there, I always know that my mama is very well taken care of they not only do their job But they go above and beyond, so thank you Sharteria my apologies if I missp... read more

My loved one resides at this facility, and our experience has been mixed overall. There are staff members who are kind, professional, and truly stand out for the care and compassion they show residents. However, there are also others who come across as more indifferent, and the level of attention can feel inconsistent. The food quality has been disappointing at times.
