On Tuesday, January 20, I visited my mother and asked a CNA named Tiffany to help me get mom back into bed after she had been sitting for hours on a stage 3 wound. The CNA said she needed to finish dinner orders first. When I explained the urgency of relieving pressure from the wound, the CNA became hostile and started a loud confrontation with me. Worst nursing home ever.the cna's are always talking crap and mistreating the residents.they are very hateful
You really have to watch them with your love ones. Because if you don’t they will neglect them.
I am a Rehab patient here and will soon be moving to the Residential side of the center. The staff members (Nurses, PT staff, Aides and Administrative office staff) have all been kind and accommodating 9 out of 10 times (those are really good odds). 😀 I feel "taken care of" here. The food has been mostly good as well and they give you the option of picking an item from the alternate menu if you dont want or don't like what they're serving.
