This location is no longer Green Turtle, just a generic salon. Sat for an hour while my hair was cut and the two employees talked to each other in Spanish.
Went in February 11 at 10 for a spiral perm. Paid $300 for a spiral. Let me say staff was friendly but service was ok. Spiral thatbi paid is did NOT turn out to be a spiral. My hair looks like it was just crimped. Kris/stylist basically rushed with rollers and put way more hair in roller than any other salon ever did with my hair. Called and Kris said for me to go back April to redo my hair, needless to say( I had that feeling) she texted me and said new owners doesn't allow redos... what a bunch of BS!!! Wanted a fresh new cut. Megan A. Was PERFECT. I called Superbowl Sunday (only salon open I found) she put me in her last client of the day. Did an amazing job - EXACTLY what I wanted with the pictures I showed her getting her input used it. Great place, prices, personality- super easy to talk to. She also does nails! I found my new salon and nail place.
Came here to get my roots touched up and dead ends trimmed..Left with my hair absolutely fried, bald spots, and was charged nearly $300 for it. 10 out of 10 would not recommend, if I could give zero stars I would.
