We currently rent a house that Barbara represents and I can't say enough nice things about her! She is always quick to respond, and very helpful. She actually got a plumber to our house on a Friday when we only brought the issue to her attention late on a Thursday. She is the best!
We lived in a rental for over 6 years, and the home had quite a few issues with plumbing, electrical, leaky roof, etc. Any requests for maintenance took over two weeks for anyone to arrive, and many things remained unresolved by Mrs Vineyard. There was also a shed with a AC unit running daily that they left to be paid by the tenant. Then when we moved in March, I was not returned one penny for the $1900 deposit and last months rent.
