I don't know where to start. I originally went to tour the property on March 23. The lady told me that the app fee was $52.00. She never spoke of an administration fee. I applied the next day online. She called me to let me know she would start working on the application. Also that the deposit would be $125. I go literally the next day to drop off the deposit. I am extremely disappointed with my leasing experience, which has felt like a classic bait-and-switch combined with poor communication and organization. I applied for a specific unit that was advertised as available on the property’s website. After applying, I was later assigned a different unit than the one I applied for. I really love it over here very quite amd cozy. Miss Isela and Mr. Damian are awesome Leasing Agents. They really care about your problems and concerns and addresses them quickly. And maintenance men are great workers and they actually work unlike the first ones we had. Neighbors are quiet and respectful. It's a gated community and we have Security. Thank you Guys in the office keep up the awesome work.
Damian was an Amazing leasing agent ! He was professional, patient, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and made finding the right apartment easy and stress-free . He truly went above and beyond to help me secure my apartment. I couldn't have asked for a better experience highly recommend working with him !
