Front desk clerk was rude and refused to honor contract. Refused to accept valid Kansas ID with multiple other firms of ID for pre existing reservation. Then the company fought to keep $176 for services they refused to provide. Go next door to the Best Western. Cheaper, cleaner, and without the trashy staff of the Green Tree
The room was clean, and the beds were fair. Could have used an additional blanket and better pillows. When we first walked in, the room was freezing! The air conditioning was super loud, and regardless of what we did, it would not quiet down. The bathroom was okay. No conditioner in the shower - empty. The quality of soap, shampoo, etc., was cheap. Consider using a better brand, and be sure all canisters are full after each visitor. The constant drip in the tube faucet was irritating. Online it says pool and breakfast. No pool or breakfast. The front dest attendant entered my room before the scheduled checkout time. Most of the other tenants are there on government vouchers. They only cleaned up when there was a mandatory government inspection going through
Worst motel I have ever stayed at. Apparently the Feds rent it out, people where living there. The bed felt and looked like something out of a prison.
