I'm off the "no food" diet! After many visits to other alternative docs and WAAAAY too much money trying to fix my health issues, I'd mostly given up and resigned myself to a very limited diet without any dairy or wheat products (not to mention a bunch of other things that made me feel sick if I ate them).
