I hired Fil to replace the landscaping at my house in July-August, 2020. His crew was great and they did a good job. A couple months after they finished many of the plants died. I sent photos and asked Fil to replace them. He told me we needed to wait until it was warm again. I contacted him in May, when he said he would replace the dead plants.
