What a gem. It was our first few hours in Chicago and we hit up Green Street for some BBQ. Since I own a BBQ restaurant and catering company back in Vancouver Canada I wanted regional BBQ. My experience was great. The sliced beef brisket was perfectly smoked. The pork ribs were tender and the sauce was sweet but subtlety smoked. If you love great Texas bbq then this is your place. Been to the great bbq places in Austin and you can't tell the difference love green street beef ribs are awesome and love their pastrami and brisket only sides I get are pickles I am there for the meat not sides
