We had a new HVAC system installed in our shop and Green Street did a wonderful job. Every employee I encountered was so professional and kind, from the very first phone call to making final payment. They were able to get our system ordered and installed within a week of us accepting the estimate. It’s hard to find good communication these days and I had zero problems with communication dealing with their employees. I would highly recommend this company without any hesitation.

This company is a complete scam! Our heating system at our shop went out, and they came to assess the situation. They quoted us a ridiculous range of $700 to $2000, depending on the “package” we wanted to choose. I called another company in Greenbrier, and they fixed the problem for a mere $125. I strongly advise you to avoid using this company at all costs.

This company and crew are excellent! First, when I call they actually remember our set up and help us diagnose the issue. They then work as hard as they can to get to you as quickly as they can. (There are always other customers that might have a more elevated issue, but Green Street will do everything they can to get to you ASAP.) They are extremely fair in their pricing and very upfront with what needs to be done. They have also done a great job on tracking down the issue.
