Lilly, one of the reps, called and explained the instructions very well, verified our application fast and communication was prompt. And Mr. Ali, one of their amazing admins, helped my husband with our unit and answered all his queries. Overall, we're happy with our experience.
Ali is amazing and super helpful!! He made the process super easy and even helped us pack our car with the supplies we bought. Storage unit was exactly what we needed, and the process has been seamless as we move things in.
