Fantastic!!! they did an awesome job on my carpets and air ducts! We had pretty extensive pet urine and stains, they got it out!! Our home smells so much better now. I will recommend them to friends and family.

Never again! Technician came early, he was rude and told me I was "wound up"! Spoke to owner about my concerns who told me I was lying and demanded that I tell the truth. He told me his tech had a recording device. $160, 30 min.,wet carpet & insults!

I received a coupon for carpet, duct and tile cleaning. They arrived on time and did a great job. The tile grout has never been so clean in the 12 years I have been here, I did not know it was that color. The also got the do pee out of our carpet and made it smell much much better.

Great job on my carpet on Saturday. I bought some gift cards from the family center that they donate. Great cause!!! They came and cleaned up my 22 year old carpet and made it look really good. I was pleasantly surprised by how great they did with it. I was able to get a Saturday morning appointment and they were right on time, explained everything then did exactly what they said they would. Will use again for sure!!!

Really wasn't impressed with my first experience with this company. I bought a Groupon thinking this would be great deal. Well when they came they they charged me additional $140 on top of the 120$ for my down stairs vents when I was told that they could reach them from the top and charged me extra for those when those vents ran all together. It took them less than 30 minutes to do my home and left a mess in my master bedroom. Spoke with my mother in law and she told me it took Stanley steemer 3 hours and they did an amazing... read more

Had these guys come out for a duct cleaning. Took the cash up front before they started working. Then brought in a dirty old shop vac and spent about 15 minutes in my house. I thought, well I could of done that! After they left I checked the vents, only to find that they forgot to clean the one in the man cave. I called and they said they were busy for the next week or two and would contact me when it suited them. I never heard from the again. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Stay clear of this company. When most businesses screw up they take responsibility and get the problem fixed. While inspecting the work that these workers did I noticed that two of our duct vents that they supposedly cleaned were not only still having massive amounts of dirt and dust coming out of them, but were also damaged. The floor registers are a snug fit but can be placed in each duct easily. Cleaned 1,300 square feet in 18 minutes flat, sure looks like it too! Would not honor Groupon. The employee cleaning the floors and said the business is a dump and is currently for sale!
