Inconsistent. Sales process grade A. Scheduling confusing grade C. Install crew building A Follow thru D. Did not fully clean up and cost me additional to fix it. Pricing A. Administrative follow up D. Crew broke window and it took 2 months to get solution. On a $49k deck I was not reimbursed for my out of pocket to fix cleanup issues that should have been no brainer. Bad way to end what should have been positive review
