Super happy with our service and our deck! Everyone went above and beyond for us.
The guys were great to work with. They worked hard and did a quality job. We had one snafu where they used a board that had a banding mark on it but it was quickly replaced by the crew lead. I don't recall his name but he did a great job. We are very happy with the finished product and enjoy it every day.
Jeff worked with us several hours to design a replacement for our existing deck. He helped us through multiple revisions to help reduce costs. He listened to what we wanted and helped us formulate new takes on the deck.
We were not able to strike a deal, but customer service and recommendations were provided regardless. Speaks volumes about them!
