While in the past they were reliable, now they are charging me for lawn services that are NOT delivered. This company is going down-hill fast!

I prepaid for this whole season and have been told my payment has “been lost” and the company says they will not start cutting grass until make another payment and provided proof from my bank. Also last season while hopping out the truck the grass cutters all smelled like weed with smoke billowing out.
