I’ve been a Green RX customer for several years, but the last two have been extremely disappointing. When I moved into my new home 2 ½ years ago, I transferred my service, and everything went smoothly at first. Last year, my entire backyard was under construction. I told Green RX they only needed to service the side yard and front yard, yet I was still charged full price for treating less than a quarter of my property. I originally posted a negative review of this company...the owner himself contacted me and came to our house and reseeded the backyard...he also mulched 2 trees...no charge. Our front yard looks fabulous...and the back is improving. I commend Green RX for their concern.
I am in my 70s and after a year of service discovered my very tiny yard to look like all they did was stick a flag in my yard...and a bill in my mailbox.. after contacting Jonathon..he had someone throw some grass seed around my yard and never contact me again.. I also got charged 150.00 for bushes to be trimmed. I saw a guy starting to trim and stopped him We still got charged 150.00.. Considering contacting BBB
