Very unhelpful for me. Not sure if she enjoys her chosen profession as much as others in her position have shown to do so... for multiple reasons.
Ridiculous. That's all I can say at this point.
I left a message for billing lady about a charge that appeared for Dr Yousifi. I have never seen this person. I never received a call back. I have a telehealth appointment tomorrow and they are expecting to pay for a balance of bill before appointment. They rip you off when they charge for a person that i have never seen and cant get the billing person to call back. The care i have received from therapist is great. They have one receptionist in silverspring office that is very nasty and she should not be in that position. I ... read more
