I am a licensed psychotherapist in private practice. I had an appointment today at 3:15pm. I arrived at 3:17pm. (I have never, not once been late) Although I have had to wait to see the PA on more than one occasion. Anyway, when I arrived today they told me she would not see me because I was more than 10 minutes late. I told them I was 2 minutes late.
