Maintenance is always timely, efficient, and pleasant.
My disabled mom lives here and suddenly she stopped receiving my care packages. The office claims she has go to some Amazon lockers but guess what…she can’t leave her apartment without assistance! Clear violation of her ADA rights and I’ll be taking this to the next level. The rude lady on the phone said she can’t unregister for this…but she never registered for it in the first place! What a complete overstep by this property management company! Greenridge you should be ashamed of yourself!
I've lived here for many years without issue. However, the complex has now installed Amazon lockers with the expectation that all our packages will be delivered to them. I contacted the leasing office to explain that this didn't work for me and their response was basically "it's our property so we decide where packages will go because we don't want trucks driving through here." I understand I pay to live on your property, but you don't pay for my prime membership or my packages. I have them delivered for a reason and I feel ... read more
