Had a great experience with Nathan from maintenance in addressing issues in my apartment complex!!! Also, had a great experience with Allyson, Leasing Consultant, with her patience in showing us around the apartments and helping us make the best choice. Felt heard and understood!

I am a senior citizen who has lived here at Greenridge since 2012. I have always found my choice to move here to have been a wise decision! The staff, both office and maintenance, are professional, caring about the residents' needs and overall, an excellent group of people. As a senior, these qualities as exhibited by the entire staff here are so very important to me and so very appreciated as well.I pray that Greenridge can continue to make this an affordable place for me to continue calling my home for many years to come. ... read more
Staff is nice over the phone and quick to get ahold of you after you apply but charge you a $300 holding fee immediately after you agree to the apartment. I applied a 2 months in advance and had things change and they don’t refund your holding fee after they already made the $75 non-refundable application fee. Not saying this place is bad but find it selfish that they don’t refund the holding fee even if you give a 30 day notice which is plenty of time for them to find another tenant as someone is till living there.
