I am very disappointed in this “renovated” apartment. Since I moved in in April, I’ve had nothing but issues. I’ve had the sink leak, the dishwasher leak. The dryer sound like it’s gonna explode the Caulking On the tub is already falling apart. Very displeased With this many issues with how much I pay for this unit. Even the windows were so hard to open that my wife hurt her finger pretty bad and I already had them service it.
