Unsatisfactory work, requested a return to repair the work that failed and would not respond via email, text. Thus the 3 year warranty was not respected just 4 days after the work. Also was up charged $100 more and paid leftovers were not left for us even though he stated he would leave the remaining leftovers for us to do some work when it dried. I found Green Resurfacing years ago as I was trying to repair some bathtubs. I had an issue with tubs that were resurfaced peeling and failing long before it should have. Green Resurfacing corrected the issue and I have been using them since. I run several apartment buildings in downtown Seattle. Steven is my "go-to" for vintage tub and sink refinishing. He does an amazing job on old claw-foot tubs, corner bathtubs and pedestal sinks. I've even had him do a color matching repair on a mosaic tile floor for me. We did a few projects with Steven and his work price seem fair and fit our desire budget. Fast forward a few years later a few dime spot rubbing off from his spray paint job on our counter tops. I contact him for just a touch bottle for the small spots and it appears he less interested. Poor follow up on customers satisfaction which makes me sad. We have given him multiple jobs. ✌
