I was charged $100 dollars for cancelling my appointment due to Covid. They offered for me to reschedule but I said I would call back after feeling better and they still took $100 dollars out of my bank account. I rescheduled a few times before and gave plenty of notice explaining I work for a doctor and is hard to get out of work at times.
