Don’t let em fool you. My apartment was making me sick and causing migraines. They wouldn’t have anyone out to inspect for mold. Offered me an option of subleasing and then took it back and said I could only leave early if I paid the entire years worth of rent😂 I’ve tried to have conversations multiple times with them and they wouldn’t answer their phones or emails. I just really wouldn’t take the risk with this property management.
I’ve had a great experience with Green Property Management as a resident. Communication has been clear and timely, and any maintenance requests I’ve submitted have been handled quickly and professionally. The staff is courteous, responsive, and easy to work with. Overall, my building has been well-maintained, and the leasing process was straightforward. I appreciate the level of service they provide and would recommend them to others looking for a well-managed place to live.
