I only lived at the Oakwood for a year. I needed a temporary apartment while I settled into a new city. The apartment I lived in was really small and there was no AC (which I knew upon signing the lease) but the building itself was so cute and in such a great location! Mike was an amazing property manager! He made it extremely easy to move in and helped me with quick responses to any questions I had (even got an immediate response when I locked myself out, he let me in right away!)
