Green Property has been a great company to rent from, they're responsive and easy to work with.
Mike green is very timely in his responses. He always takes care of any issues that arise at Oakwood. I love how much he cares about each tenant and he knows us by name.
The managerial staff is responsive, kind, and on top of the things as best as they can. I live in an older building, so there’s only so much they can do, but 100% they do what they can. I’m very pleased with the management company.
This is our first year renting with Green Property Management, LLC and we love our place! Mike Green and the GPM maintenance staff have all been great to work with from a smooth move-in to addressing maintenance needs.
