Mike green is very timely in his responses. He always takes care of any issues that arise at Oakwood. I love how much he cares about each tenant and he knows us by name.
The managerial staff is responsive, kind, and on top of the things as best as they can. I live in an older building, so there’s only so much they can do, but 100% they do what they can. I’m very pleased with the management company.
This is our first year renting with Green Property Management, LLC and we love our place! Mike Green and the GPM maintenance staff have all been great to work with from a smooth move-in to addressing maintenance needs. I have lived at the Oakwood for almost four years now. The building certainly has its quirks -- what you gain in charm you lose in some functionality. However, it is the most affordable spot in GR and is in the most excellent location. The property manager, Mike, is a huge plus to living at the complex.
