Connected with Jay at Greenplanet via the switchison.org to get attic insulation done. After a quick initial consult and a very fair quote, we agreed we on a date to start. I could not say more about how wonderful the process was. His crew showed up on time and were respectful of the property and noise levels while working quickly and efficiently. The original HVAC on my condo (from 1980s) has finally gave up on me. The cost to repair is not economical. I was getting multiple quotes for the replacement and end up going with Green Planet. In this day and age it’s really hard to trust that a company will come through for the customer. I really appreciate the work they did to give us a ductless HVAC. They are responsive, knowledgeable and their customer service is top notch. Highly recommend. Pricing is very fair and they worked with us to give us the best HVAC for a fair price. No upsell.
We replaced our old ac unit and furnace through them. We shopped around a bit and Jay from green planet was the only one that went in the attic to see the ducts/furnace/ but he also suggested to add another vent in the living room and dinning room. Not to mention the price was reasonable compared to other quotes we got. The communication was easy and they were very patient/accommodating to out requests since we weren't living at the house.
