Z came on time and called to let me know he was on his way. He was very respectful of our home environment and was able to honestly tell us the extent of our problem. He showed us evidence of the pest and was very thorough. He patiently explained the process of the service and gave us a few options to resolve our problem. We appreciate his professionalism!

I was very satisfied with the thoroughness of the initial visit. I’m giving four instead of five stars for “Promptness” because I got a call telling me the technician would come an hour earlier than scheduled—and was also told that if that was inconvenient it could be later. That was no problem today, but for future services it might be and it wasn’t clear to me whether the technician was aware of the time originally scheduled.
