I am writing this because I hired Green Pastures to provide care for my husband while I worked. The PCA that was assigned was amazing. I still love this person. However the agency did not treat her well at all. The did not pay her correctly or on time and constantly blamed medicaid. I called medicaid and they confirmed they logged and paid those hours putvto the agency. They agency just wasn't paying their nursing staff. No one should have to work for free That is crazy. Please do not work for this company cause they do not pay they employees even tho we go out and work for your love ones they do not pay it’s always an excuse to why they can’t pay you which is not right and against the law and I should have known the flags when they said they pay you under the table they don’t even take out taxes so that’s fraud and they been doing that but I will be reaching out to labor board and also I will see who to contact about this company that’s tax free
Being totally honest! Green pastures is not where you would want your love one to be. As long as you go along with what they say or do everything is great. I had two aides during my stay with this company, and they both were outstanding. I had issues in the past with females and it left me skeptical of all and when I o pen up and share my space with them, then you better believe they are okay.
