Tried to book lawn service with Green Oasis, but due to a misunderstanding (my yard was cut as a surprise), they refused to take me on as a customer. I explained the situation multiple times but was dismissed without resolution. Very poor customer service—especially disappointing from a company that came highly recommended.

Green Oasis lawn came out after my call to them. They were asked to set the mower blade up a notch so as to not hit our sprinkler heads, they were asked to edge all edges, and they were asked to not line trim the north side lawn as there is new growth there. They failed on all three points. They ran over a sprinkler head and did not tell us, they did not edge the front lawn and they line trimmed my new growth on the north side lawn. We are not having them back.

I use to think that they provided great service for the price. I even gave sever client referrals over the years. I had to find someone else and so did my neighbors after several no-shows and inconsistencies on days agreed on.
